   We made a flying trip down there to Charlotte Saturday night then back Monday. Took pictures at the Camp Care (Cancer kids and their siblings summer camp) annual Christmas party and sure saw lots of Panther attire there. They played New Orleans that day and sounded like a close game but they pulled it off.

I was one of those guys running up the jersey prices yesterday.  My son (age 9) is a panthers fan since I took him to his first NFL game at 4.  He loves watching the panthers and Cam Newton's unbelievable runs.

I'm a Lions fan, which as a few know can be a lonely and sad experience.  The fact my son's team made it to the superbowl is a really cool experience and so I decided to pull the trigger on a Jersey for him.  Not $300 but a youth panthers jersey directly from the panthers fan store was marked up to $85 with shipping, which is certainly more than it started the season at.
