Tillaway, you have my permission to contact me when you come through the Valley, if you wish. ;D  I hope you do.  I sure would like to have you see the place for a moment or three.  Hope it works out in Astoria.  Keep me posted as to where you are located.  I may just take a run down  some weekend or you may do the same.   I'll have to intrduce you to my sister and brother-in-law. Please touch base if you feel I can help in ANY way.
