Best debarker for pine?

I have a friend that is wanting to get a debarker for working with SYP and he is needing it to be fairly quick. The only experience I have with a debarker is the one on my WoodMizer so I don't think I have much knowledge to offer him. 
Two LT70s, Nyle L200 kiln, 4 head Pinheiro planer, 30" double surface Cantek planer, Lucas dedicated slabber, Slabmizer, and enough rolling stock and chainsaws to keep it all running.
