Value of a 22 inch hardwood

Curious... I read where a 22 inch DBH tree can provide a cord of firewood. So, determining street value isn't hard. Except you have to do the labor, lol. Or pay somebody to cut, stack, deliver. That won't dollar up very well, lol.

What is the value of a 22 inch DBH hardwood, say, white oak or red oak to a landowner that is cut to sell at a mill? Say you do selective cutting and remove 22 inch trees, just for illustration and comparison. How much money would landowner get from a tree like that? I realize there are different payment arrangements and it depends on volume cut, just trying to get a general idea.
