Hard to mill this for 1500

So I wear a lot of hats primarily law enforcement, secondarily excavation and logging with milling being a cheap hobby for me because I get a lot of saw logs for free. The general contractractor we work for has lousy help as far as ordering building packages. All the extra lumber from these houses (upwards of 80 per year) goes to his bone yard. We asked him how much he would want for the slightly weathered lumber. He said take what you want for $1500. Its hard to mill this much lumber for $1500 never mind planing edging and kiln drying
