Temp/Humidity Chart Recorder

I came across three chart recorders cheap. They are made by Dickson and are Model THDx. Looks like they only measure up to 120 F so using in a solar kiln would be out of the question. DH would be a possibility but I think the sensor would be eaten away in a short order as it uses a capacitive film for the humidity sensor.

The only use I see for them is monitoring your lumber storage area or wood shop.

I have to get power supplies for them and see if they work yet. If they do I may list them here for sale. They are $650 new.

You are right. They are not much good in kilns, but okay for a stoage area.

I work with a lot of chart recorders in my other line of work and don't have much good to day about Dickson.
But they might do a decent job for lumber storage.
Mobile Demension sawmill, Bobcat 873 loader, 3 dry kilns and a long "to do" list.

Looks like all 3 work. Just neeed to get some new pens for the chart recorder.
