Hi,  Can anyone give me a good youtube video on how to rebuild a carburetor for a Husky 450 Rancher?

Carb should be a Zama C1M = pretty standard modern carb. Any "chainsaw carburetor rebuild" youtube video should show you the basics - even if it's a Walbro.
Sometimes, it works better to replace carb with a new aftermarket carb. They cost ~$18. The kit may run $12 and no guarantee of a successful rebuild.

Where would I find one for $18?  Can you suggest where I can buy an intake manifold?

Search amazon or ebay, Just input Husqvarna 450 carburetor or intake manifold
