finished some venison jerky the past week.seasoning is from a kit. basepro sells it as does w-mart.

only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

I never make venison jerky.  I just wait until my Daughter makes it and brings me some!!   :D

Got a call from my son in law a night ago,  a big batch of both goose and deer jerky done,   he makes some pretty good sweet and spicy jerky if I say so myself,  I was surprised last year how good the goose jerky is, maybe the best I've ate.

goose jerky  :-\   is that the only way you can eat it    the last time I had it  I think the feathers would have tasted better  :laugh: :laugh:
