owb efficiency

I just installed a cl5036 central boiler.  I was wondering if anyone knows what the efficiency rating is on it?

Welcome litlal. Does it say in your owners manual? I can't remember hearing what mine is. I will check mine when I get home. The only efficiency rating I know for sure is that it's a heck of lot cheaper than buying oil! Tonto.

I don't think an accurate answer to your question can be obtained.  Efficiency ratings used to be used to advertise different units, so manufacturers may still promote them, but a standard way of determining efficiency is apparently quite difficult with all the variables encountered when running OWB's.  I don't think that independently tested efficiency ratings are provided anymore.
