Chip dryer for small char mill?

We are looking for a way to dry wood chips, 600 tons per year or 1,000 pounds an hour. We would like to spend under a half a mill. Any help would great Thanks as always.

looks like some spendy equipment.  maybe you could convert sand drying equipment from used agregate production equipment, and adapt for wood chips for less $$?
