I am new here but this is an excellent board and already have gotten some great info from it.

We have been tree farming exclusively in SE Georgia (yeller pine) since '97 when my grandpa and his brother quit crop and cattle and set out pines.  He is now 86 and still planting trees and buying land.  Hoping I can use resources from yall and maybe you might learn something from me, I doubt it :)

Welcome. I'm pretty new here myself, but I've known some of the folks here on other forums for a while.

Not trying to be too personal, but based on your accent, I'm thinking Nahunta or maybe Patterson. You can operate a keyboard, that's generally going to rule out Folkston or Waycross.
