Just got the 270 back from having crankshaft replaced.
Started up at the shop on 3rd pull, today I filled it up with ethanol free fuel & topped off the oil and it started on 6th pull!
Idles ok, and runs great when halfway to full throttle is engaged, ease up off the throttle and it bogs and then cuts off.
Starts back up on 3-4 pulls...and then repeats the same thing!
Runs great in the cut...
I haven't gone through fuel line, fuel filter, or tinkered with the carb, yet...
Perhaps I need to adjust the low speed jet about a half a turn...not that experienced with tampering with that though.

Any ideas?

Didn't the shop take the time to properly tune it? Try bringing up the idle speed to where the chain just starts to turn when the saw is warmed up then back it off a bit.

Obviously not...
I will try the afore mentioned though...appreciate it.
