These came out real good.

2 lbs 80/20 hamburger
2 lbs Bob Evans sausage
Onion, pepper, celery chopped fine
Salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder

Mix, roll into 1.5" balls grill to internal temp of 165.
O like to use charcoal with some hickory chunks.
These made the spaghetti taste great!
