These are just a few of the logs that I will need to haul away



  

  

 

There are only 80 acres of hardwoods to go!!

Is this a land clearing?
Some of the logs look near buried in sand.

It may be that my sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others

Yes it us a total clear for a sand mine ,
None of the logs that were any good were not buried in the sand ,they were very clean.
There are lots of great logs here !

Yes that looks like a job for a picker, but have to say I've dug out some the hard way,, not fun but better than letting good logs go to the burn pile.
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

Started to cut some logs today ,I just may be there for a long time to come .
I don't think I will catch up any time soon as there is a guy in an excavator taking down trees faster that I can buck them up.
Oh well gives this old man something to do!
