Cover Box

Any of y'all ever make a "cover" box?  My son and his family are gonna be coming home for a few days after Christmas (on their way to Italy) and he want's us to make one.  Finally found out that "cover" is a hat and he want's one to protect and display his chief's cover, U.S. Navy ;D  Any ideas, pictures, suggestions.  I've noticed there are a few "chiefs" on this board.  Thanks, Dwight.
