Anyone have experience with the Lucas bar nose roller kit? My sprocket on my slabbing attachment got chewed up bad when chain popped off at end of a cut. Chain cut into the bar and tore sprocket up before I could get engine shut off.
Baileys sells a new sprocket for about $50 but my bar end is now in bad shape. They also sell the nose roller kit where you cut off part of your bar and use this to replace. Not 100% sure how this goes on or how good it will work. Cost was $150 but compared to a new bar at $500 I thought I'd try it out.
