I have a 1983 Clark Michigan 75C Loader, The Ring gear exploded many years ago, I pulled the motor out rebuilt the torque converter cover, and rebuilt the flywheel both in bad shape.
New ring gear good flywheel, and torque converter  all repaired.
All back together, start the motor, charge pump draws oil down on site glass torque converter turning,
But the transmission will not engage. Any Suggestions?

If its a powershift automatic, you basically have two planetary sets in one housing, 3spd forward and 3 speed backward.  Then youll have a control valve that directs pressure from the pump to the clutch pack that is need for whatever combo you select.  The control valve will be where the shifter link or cable connects to the spool or lever on the trans.  Get in there and see that its traveling the right amount.  disconnect the link and manually actuate it if needed so you can see if the problem is inside or outside the tranny.

Thats not an exhaustive test but itll get you started.
