does anyone know how much the old prentice 110 log loaders weigh

xlogger

No, but wish I could find an older Prentice mounted on a truck that I could use to unload what few tractor trailer loads I get. If anyone sees or knows where one is pm me. My bobcat will not go high enough.

VERY nice loader.  User friendly.

do you think a single frame would hold the weight I have 2 one on a 10 wheeler and want to put the other on a single axel tractor  but its hard to find a double frame single axle tractor

lewis

It will if the loader has a sub frame that fits on top of the trucks frame

All frames are not created equal, some are as light as 1/4 inch, up to 1/2 inch, though I haven't seen any 1/2 in frames on a single axle rig. It is not hard to beef up a frame though.
