Testing the home made ramps out. Used a cordless drill to crank log on. Log is a ash 8ft 19 inch inside bark

That's what I'm planning on doing. Woodland Mills sells one for my mill, but for $500, I'll build it myself! I even have some nice 2x2" tube steel left over from welding together a rail system for chainsaw milling  :D

Only thing I would change is maybe a two stage winch. The box always me to keep everything together not laying all over

I use a 1/2" Milwaukee 18v on the original manual winch on my LT30. It has the two speed option and I run it on the low speed and have pulled a 27"x10' White Oak up the ramps without too much sweat. I will use the same drill when I get my log arch ATV trailer done. I feel it is better than trying to wire up a power winch.
