I bought a new battery for my snowmobile. Small batteries have to have the acid put in before use. I was wondering at what point would the battery have voltage?
I hooked up my trusty volt meter, put on gloves and safety glasses and started adding acid.
After four cells were full, still no voltage. Volt went to about 4.5 while filling the fith cell. Went to 11.5 with the first bit of fluid in #6 cell and 12.25 when it was full.

I hope some customers show up soon so I have something more constuctive to do ::)
