was wondering if the wheele hubs on a 440a was the same as a 540a they both have the 2 bolts in them but im thinking the 540 is a little bigger what do you think       thanks

If they are the 2 piece, 9 bolt pattern axles, they are the same, both axles and hubs. If you are looking to switch to the newer 1 piece, 14 bolt pattern axle, I can't say for sure.
