This is a Dandy Folks! I tried to get Steve to list it buts he's being shy. He shouldn't be, what a great Table!  Its made from Redwood root burl and spalted maple and was built just for this auction.
(Link to a thread about making the table)

Included are new coasters made from the same stock!

I hope ya'll have fun with this one, and wow, someone is going to have a new family heirloom once the bidding is over. :)

VERY nice, if that brings what it should, look out !!! Whoever wins that will have something to be proud of, and the craftsman (Steve) should be too  ;).
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

I had a question from someone on ebay asking the dimensions but when I replied I got a recipient not found. If your a Forestry forum member asking, the dimensions are in the description on the auction.  :)

A gal from Miami Beach Florida won the Auction! And she sure seemed excited! She says she is going to send us a photo of it on the patio overlooking the ocean in Miami Beach.  :)

Thanks again Steve!

So Jeff...she had nothing to do with the forum?

How much did it finally go for?
Y'all can pronounce it "puh-SKOLLY"

Yup, for a fine piece of craftsmanship like that, she sure did get a great deal.

Thanks for the donation, Burlkraft!   8)

I think there should be a Forestry Forum Guild.  We could put a burned stamp on everything--they'd all become real collector's items!   ;D

Imagine Antique Roadshow 100 years from now.   ;D
