Anyone here do anything with Indian rosewood?  I have several thousand bdft of logs in my lot I need to start cutting.  CITES had put an international ban of shipment across any international borders of any species of rosewood.  That being said I want to cut this wood and market it for it's best and highest value.  I believe that to be the guitar making community.  I reached out to a few high end guitar makers last spring to see if they had interest in it and they did, but I got busy and never got back with them on it.   Has anyone milled material and sold to luthier's or marketed for this?
The one company was going to send their lumber buyer down to check it out, sounded like they'd buy it on the log.  I know it's not going to be worth nearly as much sold log form vs processed. I've got the time and resources to process it just don't know quite where to start.
