Timberjack transfer case yoke alignment

On a 225 timberjack do the bottom yokes on front and back of the transfer case have to be in line? The one that goes to the rearend. Ant the one that goes forward to the front rearend.

No they do not have to be in phase on the bottom shaft and the ones that I have had apart in most cases the splines are not cut in line on the shaft.
