Title: Replacing the bandwheel bearings
Post by: mattyo5 on February 28, 2017, 10:35:04 PM
Just did a vid on replacing the bandwheel bearings.  I noticed a vibration as I sped up the mill, and as it came back to a stop ...  like something was wobbling.  I guessed that it was the non-driven side.  I was right.   Haven't run it yet this season, just did this a couple days ago.   Need TWO bearings per bandwheel.   SKF 6305 2RS 1C3 is the part you need.

gonna post this in the general sawmill forum too
