I have looked at peltor, huskavarna, john deere, 3m ect......  Any pointers???  Just getting into the milling thing and think it is a good idea to wear the gear.

I like the two Peltors I ordered through Bailey's. The ear muffs can be flipped up out of the way when not in use. Same for the face screen.

Mary is real happy with her Huskavarna helmet.  I feer one night she'll forget to take it off before she comes to bed...  :D :D

the thing i look for is the rachet adjustment - i canput the helmet on and tighenit up if need be without taking it off

I haven't tried them all, but I bought a couple of Peltor's when they were on sale, and they are still working good and pretty comfortable (as far as helmets with earmuffs and a face screen can be). I will get more when the time comes :)
