Sawmill operation books?

Any advice on books for setting up a small operation. Looking for information on mill layout for efficient operation.

I don't read a whole lot. So no advise in that area. But YouTube have been great and the advise from the experienced Sawyers on this forum have helped me alot.

Thanks found the book on Amazon you referred me to for $61 going to give it a shot.

Its a good guide,  if you're patient and dig a bit
you can probably get it for less
