Wanted to get any info as to how good the 6000 Poulan is, have a chance to buy one. also just bought a Poulan pro 330 at TSC on clearance for 179.95, seams to run very well, I understand that a larger cylinder assy. will fit these also, model 380 ?, any info on this saw would be helpful also, thanks

The Poulan 6000 is a Dolmar made saw I am pretty sure. Dolmar 153.

I have always liked the lime green dolmars.  8)

Parts will also be a issue down the road.

The 3750 60cc bolts on the 54cc 330.  I dont know anything on the 380 if it is the p+c or not.

Thanks for the info, I knew the 6000 was made by Dolmar, I mostly wanted to know how well they run. Thanks much on which saw I can use the top-end off of.
