Fastway Automatic "Flip" Jack Foot

Marty and I saw one of these in use while we were in Colorado. 


 
It's a Jack Foot that automatically deploys when the jack is extended.


 
And automatically folds up when the jack is retracted.  This gadget eliminates the need for multiple wood blocks, etc.  There are different models for 2" and 2¼" outside jack tubes plus it is offered in either 4" and 6" lengths.  This one is model: 88-00-6500 which is 2¼"X 6".  Less than $40.

I had seen a u-tube movie on it a couple of weeks ago.
I would like one for the dump trailer.
It needs a new jack my log truck driver friend hit my trailer with a stick stuck out the side of his truck
Knocked my trailer off the wood block and broke the jack.

I got mine from an eBay vender for a few bucks less.  Under their "specifications" they list 1400 lbs, tongue weight for mine:  Fastway

I do not see that it would be an option for Wood-Mizer's outriggers but it might work on other sawmill brands depending upon their outriggers.

Sl, at least we eliminated those Elk hiding places.  :D

I thought I'd broke the 10k jack on my dump trailer 2 weeks ago, got parts to fix it for under $50!  Is in still in 1 piece?
