Anyone know what the price per bf is fresh off the mill in Maine?

Seems like it's northern white cedar, not sure how I thought this,

Don't know about Maine but here in Vermont it starts at .83bf and goes up to 1.08bf for rough sawn white cedar.This is from a commercial mill.

Thank you folks for the replies. I've got a lot of it on the property. Is it usually milled 5/4?

Around here a lot of cedar is used as decking material and 5/4 is a good choice for that.If you have large enough logs sawing material for raised garden beds is another possibility.4x4 and 6x6 are also popular sizes.It all depends on what the markets are like in your area,but cedar is very popular here as an alternative to PT lumber

   Be easy now on the goat he's from way down in da heat, for all we know he may have thought there was more then one kind of Northern white cedar....  Cut um some slack, not to much now, dem goats are kinda tricky when given too much lead.
