I am suddenly having trouble with my oiler. I do not know if there is a stop on the adjustment as I can turn forever and there seems to be no change. I have pulled the oiler out of the saw but don't know how to check.
Please help.

A small correction to this post of mine: smiley_embarrased
Tom, the oil must have had a stop which was tripped, maybe by excess force.
Not to worry.
The maximum and minimum adjustments are the slot of the adjustment screw in East West position in relation to a North South position for the pump body.

So all you need to do is run the saw with the adjustment screw in a East West position. If the screw is in the maximum position should pump oil.If on the other hand, by chance if you have set it to the minimum position, half a turn clock wise will have the slot of the screw facing East West again. It  would now be in the maximum position.
Corrected: The slot in a North South position means pump is set for minimum flow.Slot in East West position is for maximum flow
Here is a picture to help: This image was too 'myopic so I have uploaded a better one.If there is nothing else wrong, the pump should work now.
