Title: Wood-Mizer LT40 HDG25 Drive Belts - NOW FREE
Post by: DR_Buck on July 26, 2017, 08:42:55 PM
These have been available for 8 months with no interest.    I cannot use them with my new engine.    They are now FREE

You just need to come pick them up in central Virginia.    No, I will not ship or deliver them anywhere since they are now free.

-------------------------------------------------

I have two (2) Wood-Mizer main drive belts used on the LT40 G25 (w/Kohler 25 HP).   One is new and the other has about 10 hours use.   These belts cost $46.51 each.      Since upgrading to the 38 hp Kohler I can no longer use them.

I will take $40 for both of them and ship anywhere US for $10.     I prefer Paypal payment but will accept a mailed check.   Items will ship after payment confirmation.

The below info is from the Wood-Mizer web site:

         Belt, 2/BXF71 Drive

         Notes
036163 Kevlar 2BXF71 belt replaces P12949 2BX71 belt supplied prior to 9/03. Kevlar belt reduces       stretch and provides greater range of adjustment.

Can't believe no one wants a deal on drive belts.   I'll put them in the truck when I head to Paul Bunyan show just in case someone wants them.

Well I can't use them, but am curious, how much better does your mill perform with the new engine? Do you feel it is worth it to upgrade?

It is so much better with the additional HP its like having a new sawmill.   It just confirms the idea that you cannot have to much horsepower.
