Mike, do you know if the 2050 has a Husky equivalent?  If so, Bailey's carries/can get a lot of Husky parts.

I know of a piston and ring set for sale up here in Saskatchewan, Canada but the shipping costs would be atleast as much as the parts themselves or more.

The Husky 49 is the eqivalent of the 2050.
I just learned that even though there are some differenses, it is the same basic construction, and the same 48.7cc engine.
There also was a Partner version - I think it was called 510, but I am not sure.

As far as I now, the "father" of these saws was the Partner 500.
