Light Duty Grapple, pictures, sketches or plans
« on: December 07, 2005, 02:29:06 PM »
I'd like to add a grapple to the boom I bought from Reid.  I'm looking for either a light one, sketches, pictures, or plans for one.

Thanks

David

this isnt th3e one I saw yesterday... the one I saw didnt have a thumbnail picture on the main page, and I only clicked on it because I didnt know what it was exactly that they were selling... when I opened it, it was a heavy duty grapple... no boom, no trailer, just a grapple... but it wasnt listed as a ghrapple.. I'm still on e-bay looking... in the mean time, see if this will do ya?

David, I just got a call from Rick, the fela that loaded the planer for you.  Anyway, he told me of a whole loader with grapple and all just North of my about 7 miles.  I will check it out tomorrow, if at all possible.  He is also going to check on a fella in Philomouth, South of here about 40 miles. 8)

Dave i dont know if you are looking for a fixed or rotating grapple head so i give you info on both. There are several diffrent grapples out there so do your homework before buying one. Here are some companys you can look up on your computer  Valby, Beaver Squeezer, and  Top Notch. I have a grapple on my skid steer made by Brave Products which was quite inexpensive and very sturdy and well built. Also look at the web sites www.timberlandtrucks.com and www.royaltruckequip.com both these companys custom bulid grapples for knuckle loaders. I hope this helps some.

I think the first one (rusty) might weigh too much.

I couldn't find the bypass grapple Jeff.
