Town dropped value of mill by 150 million dollars!!!!!   Taxes are set to go sky high!
2013 westernstar tri-axle with 2015 rotobec elite 80 loader!Sold 2000 westernstar tractor with stairs air ride trailer and a 1985 huskybrute 175 T/L loader!

Value of mill went from 229 milion to 80 m illion after it was reassesed!

Reduced industrial tax rate, devaluation of timber, lower industrial power rates, lower industrial nat. gas rates all part of the game the last few years around here. Lots of for sale signs to as folks leave.

Have you been hauling out there at all woodhauler? I have heard horror stories about having to wait up to 2 hours too get unloaded that would cut into the days profit

Yikes!! People's taxes going up when inflation is so high is not good!! My neighbor up the hill lost their house because of taxes and my neighbors across the street had their house auction off on Fri! At lease wall street is making lots of money >:(!
I've met Vets who have lived but still lost their lives... Thank a Vet
