Hello everyone. I am new to the Forum and thought I should introduce myself.  My old man is DanG (but don't hold that against me....lol)  I live in Tallahassee, Florida again now, close to dad and family and have opened my own law firm.

I look forward to getting to know you all on the Forum as my dad says good things about you all.

Take Care,

Bill

Welcome aboard Bill. So, what can you tell us about your old man that he won't tell us?  :D

Oh Crikey!  Now I'm gonna hafta watch what I say! :D

It's kinda neat having a lawyer in the family...as long as he's on our side.  He could come in handy on the Forum too.  When you see a really outlandish statement, you could say, "What kind of BillG is that?" ;D :D :D

Yer DanG tootin' I'm proud of him!  He has put an awful lot of hard work into getting himself educated, and several years of semi-indentured servitude in gaining enough experience to hang out his own shingle. :) :) :)  Now, if he can only make enough money to support me in my old age.... ;D

Thanks for all the welcomes.....As for telling on the old man, the good stuff is now bound by attorney client privilege (should have caught me about 8 years ago...haha), plus I wouldn't want to ruin his rep.

By the way, let's just get this out of the way......I LOVE lawyer jokes, so hit me......

Hey BillG!  This is a family-oriented forum.  We can't tell most of the lawyer jokes we know on here. :D :D :D

Welcome aboard Bill. I'm not worried about you going over to the other side and telling about your old man as we already know plenty about him.

I'm more worried about you going over to the other side and defending those scum bag insurance companies.

And about the jokes, the only ones I know are Minnesota jokes. Like the one about it being so cold in Minnesota last winter that we actually saw a lawyer with his hands in his own pockets!    :D :D

Hey Gary.  Bill just came back from "THE DARK SIDE". :D :D  That's where most young lawyers cut their teeth, it seems.  It doesn't seem to have polluted his mind too badly though, just don't try negotiating anything too seriously with him. :o

BillG is a born salesman.  I've always said he could sell a second-hand paint job.  When he was in high school, they used to have fund-raisers to help finance the trips they took.  I never had to shuck a dime for his trips, except for a little spending money here and there.  He usually sold so much stuff they would take part of his money for those that couldn't sell ice water in the desert.(like me) :D

Well, I don't have a daughter named Sue, but my little girl's original initials were ALG.  Weren't that a scummy thing to do to a kid? ::) :D :D
