I have about 50 hours on the new LT70 now. The controls have taken a while to get the hang of, but that was expected. This thing is very impressive! As much as I enjoyed both my LT35 and LT40, I would not want to go back.

I have a few updates to do around the mill shed with roller tables and other handling improvements. Hopefully an EG200 will be parked next to the 70 soon. Read More

I'm frustrated so just asking for calmer minds...

My Norwood sawmill is under warranty and has very little use. The mill location is remote and the only way to get to the location is by boat or sea plane. I purposely purchased the Norwood as the components were small enough to transport in my pontoon boat and then assemble on site.Read More

I'm always cautious around dead trees frequently leaving them to come down on their own. However, we had a dead cherry that was next to a fence that needed rebuilding and 1) I didn't want to work underneath that tree and 2) didn't want to rebuild the fence after limbs or the whole tree fell on my newly rebuilt fence.Read More
