Help w/elec chain saw

1st post: Got a WORX 18" today and it looks and sounds nice, but I"m not getting any OIL on the chain via the auto oiler. I dont have a manual and was hoping someone here could POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION as to how I can get the oil to flow from the tank to the bar and chain. I"ve had bars off my old gas saws but this is my first electric; it does appear to be fairly simple though. If no one here can help, how about sending me to the right group to find my answer?

Welcome  to the forum. I found an owner's manual on line, it says clean the cap as the vent hole may be plugged. Otherwise contact the service center wherever that is.

Could we move this to the chainsaw section so he might get more help/responses.  Doesn't seem that the logging section is the place to be.  I haven't asked for a thread to move before not sure this is the right way to do it.
