Help with a McCulloch PM610 Oil Tank
« on: December 21, 2018, 02:38:02 PM »
I need help with a cracked oil tank on a McCulloch PM610 right at the chain adjuster. I was wonder if anyone can suggest anything I can do to repair it without replacing the oil tank. I want to keep the chainsaw all original if I can since it was my grandfathers.

Welcome aboard! A skilled aluminum welder would be able to fix that. You could try drilling a small hole at each end to keep it from spreading, grinding a shallow 'v' and and filling with JBWeld.
