Bearcat 6 in Chipper with hydraulic feed
« on: June 18, 2019, 11:18:36 PM »
I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of posting an ad on the Forestry Forum.

I have for sale a Crary/Echo Bearcat chipper, 6in, with hydraulic feed.  It's tow-able and the entire unit's base can be rotated for better chip placement.   I bought it new about 7 years ago to chip all the slash piles I stacked when I cut down all the pine beetle kill trees.  It worked so well at chipping pine limbs, I only put about 30 hours on the machine before I worked myself out of a job.  It still has the original knives and I haven't even flipped to the new side yet, pine is great to chip because it's so soft.  I would like to see this go to a person that would use it and maintain it like I have.  It has always been stored in a shop and the paint isn't even scratched off the chute yet.

I am asking $10K for it, but if the offer is fair and reasonable I can be talked down.  It is located in Cheyenne Wyoming.  If you want to use U ship I can help with that as well.  I actually used them once and the transaction went pretty well.

Let me know if there are any questions.
