Lazy cook's dinner
« on: July 23, 2019, 10:23:53 PM »
I admit it, I don't cook. I don't like cooking unless I have someone to share with, it's just a means of survival but I also don't like eating in restaurants regularly (plus I can't afford it). Occasionally I do surprise myself and tonight was one of those times. A forgotten rack of ribs out of the freezer, fresh local potato, carrot and sweet onion in the slow cooker, finished the meat on the grill and I'm good to go. One pot and one plate to wash. ;D

I'm not a great cook but I will cook so when my friends ask if I like cooking my answer is a little , I would rather cook than be hungry. :)
