Spent some time making a pizza for lunch and broiled squid for dinner. Back to work tomorrow. ;D

   Looks a lot better than my thrown meal. I love squid but usually cooked it as tempura and served with Thai sweet spicy sauce. Yuum!

I made made chicken fried steak for the first time yesterday. I didn't use cube steak, instead I used thin cut shell sirloin. It was tender enough to cut with a fork.

Thanks, We like to have fun in the kitchen and believe it also helps to teach our Granddaughter to cook and take care of herself.Last night we served beef neckbones braised with garden vegetables and wine- it was a 10 on the ten scale. Food growing and gathering then preparing is a fading tradition I believe has real value that needs to be passed on.
