I recently purchased my final resting place where I hope to build and or have built a log home on it.

In the meanwhile I would like to place a timber frame or log style gazebo and picnic shelter close to the lake. Does anyone know where I can find plans for this style of building for either?

Would like to hear any ideas,suggestions,advise or general comments.

I recently have had a 10 acre timber stand improvement approve by the state of Ky. so I will be taking out a lot of trees that I would like to use for something. Lots of black locust needs to come out. I know that black locust becomes very hard after drying. Would like to save this wood if possible for later use.

Could these be stored in the lake until time for there use?
