Prompted by a post in the general topic by memeber, Mooseherder, I found this piece of information on The Alabama Forest Owners Association site.

It's a 90 day study that may include the addition of 3 S.E States into Federal hands.

We have a bog turtles here. No wait we don't. Some state worker claims he found one several years ago crossing the road 1/2 mile from me since then I have had to chase state DEP people off my place many times looking for them. If they find them they will stop all farming and any other activities in the area. Bog turtles are on the endangered list and I for one don't want anything to do with endangered turtles on my farm. So If the state can't gain access to search my property or any of the neighbors farms they'er not here!
