4 stroke (sorry fellas!!!) Craftsman weed wacker exhaust popping at WOT

Are there any 4 stroke tuners here? At WOT, I can distinctly hear the exhaust popping.

I was hoping carb, but now I'm thinking timing.

It's almost a brand new engine. But gracias for the idea señor ( from Western Sawyer  ;D )

Ken, thank you for the input as well. I don't know what a 4 stroke outdoor power equipment sounds like when it's off the limiter. It runs well, it just sounds weird. I never tuned a 4 a stroke before, so off to the laboratory.

Most likely. It will happen when the string gets short.

That sounds like the ticket.

I haven't paid attention to the length of the string and the sound the motor makes thereof.
