I love pancakes. I love my dogs. My dogs love me. My wife thinks I'm crazy.

At least I'm not the only one that shares with a dog.  My Golden also loves bacon, eggs, and ww toast.

Jeff

The dogs always camp by me when I am eating. They know I'm an easy mark. They are part of my diet plan. :D

Were the pancakes that bad?  :D :D

I make homemade buckwheat pancakes 5 days a week on work mornings. ;D

Made bread this morning, got a pizza in the oven and managed to plant some garden in between and wash the laundry. :D

More wet weather, can't get at my wood stack'n job.

Ah, the bachelor life. :D :D :D

Jeff

Why? Because the dogs let me have some? ;)

Donk, you've been here. You know our dogs are family.

Yeah, but seems the right time for a rib'n. ;D

Mom's uncle said (when the kids introduced him to pizza) if the dog won't eat it, I won't. The dog wouldn't touch it, neither did he. :D :D :D

That's exactly how our dogs get treated around here too. :)
My wife gives me a lot of grief about it though. :-\

We have to be careful what we give furrybutt due to colitis. She sure does like Karen's pancakes but only gets a small share. I eat the rest ;D

Our dogs are pretty deprived, when my wife is around to see it I have to make them sit first and then put the food in the dog bowl, then they can eat it. When she's not around though...... ;)  I love pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, whatever, it doesn't have to be breakfast to eat that kind of food.

jim king

We give in to them all the time also.

Because if we donĀ“t they help them selves.

OH BOY DID I GET A GOOD LAUGH OUT OF THAT. :D

I don't have a dog but one of my cats loves pancakes. ;D   Most times I believe he thinks he is a dog though.  :D

Jim,  i'd give that giant my 1st born if he wanted it. :o

We only have a Jackrussell inside the house and a labrador on the verandah, its like Sandhills place around here, when my wife is about the dogs eat after our meal from bowls, when shes not the jackrussell asumes her spot under my chair ;)

My wife and I joke in our house about only getting to eat 1/3 of our food. It's one for me, one for the basset hound and one for the akita, one for me, one for ..... , and so on. Somehow we still managed to gain weight. I guess we just up'd our total portion size. We swear that our girls know when it's Saturday. It's the craziest thing. They love the weekends because they get to have us both home.  :) Dog's rule.
