2012 logmaster lm4 which has cut less than 17000.bd.ft. and is in about as close to new condition as a used mill can be in but due to my current situation in life i have decided to sell my mill so that i can go back to school
specs are as follows
Engine-cat.2.2 (51hp)
Fully hydraulic
Log capacity-36"x24.5'(actually if you work it right a 25' log fits fine)
Weight-7500lbs
Hours-no hour meter les than 150
Price I am asking $40,000.00
Price is somewhat negotiable and includes some blades and  computer setworks

Sorry to hear that you need to part with your mill.

I think I would first check with the dealership you bought the mill from and see what they would offer, then go from there back to here with the price.

I see that you have it listed here for 50K. I think you paid about 35K plus whatever the computer setworks cost. These things hold their value pretty well, but I don't think you can expect to make a profit.

So we should toss a "what's it worth to us" figure back?

What would you accept for it?

Hi,
Adding your location may help generate some intrest in your mill.
I have the twin to your mill only no computer setworks.

If you haven"t generated any interest, you are asking to much.
I would think 20% of of what you paid might get an offer. Yes they hold their value, but you always have to discount what a new unit sells for of anything.
Good luck

Didn't Logmaster go bankrupt???

Even more reason for someone to not be willing to pay a lot for this brand of mill no mater how new it is. Replacement parts could be hard to find or not available and no factory support when problems develop.

Actually parts are readily available at any local auto parts (bearings etc.) And i know cooksaw carries other parts which might be needed and manual covers repair sequence.
