I have seen pictures of double head bars, especially on the smaller chain saw mills. How does this actually work ? Does one saw face up and the other down on a double ended bar with no nose sprocket? Do you start one saw up and when it is up to speed start the other saw?

I checked into that before I bought a new powerhead for my 50" alaskin mill. I was told that it was a preity tricky operation and you would be better off with one large powerhead than two. and put a roller tip and handle on the other end.
This has worked for me, but not having tried it with two heads I guess Im just rambling and not being much help. ;D
