Basic lemon chicken a la Tule Peak Timber.
Chicken pieces
Tomatoes
Olives
Buddha Hand Citron slices (or lemon)
Capers
Sage
Oregano
Rosemary
Olive Oil
Vermouth   
Bake at 350 covered, uncover up 375 for 10, then under broiler high until browned. Enjoy  Rob

gourmet?  looks good,  the rosemary, if I see it right, is a bit over the top,, just struggle with it, just me,, but the rest looks good, and very creative on the  art form..  never seen it cut up that way,,
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,
