POSTON WIDEHEAD

These Strawberries were and still are so sweet. Not the hard berries you get in places during the winter.
These had just come off the truck at the store when we were there this morning.

That looks great. We have been enjoying strawberry shortcakes also lately using frozen ones from last years garden, but it is just not the same as fresh. If they are sweet why add all the sugar? :)

I'm an addict!  :D :D :D When the sugar mixes with the juice ya sort get a little "crunch" in every "sweet" bite. :)

That looks great, but it just wouldn't feel right this time of year. Having to wait until things are in season, I think, is part of what makes it a treat.

Those Strawberries must be from Plant City.
Either that or from further southwest  where people go to the bathroom in the fields. ;D
